intense years of design and development work we are now into serial production
of the world's first electrical hydrofoiling boat. We have delivered the first
batches of boats to customers and are scaling up production. To be able to
continue to give best possible customer experience and secure a best in class
delivery and service we are now looking for a Service and Delivery Manager.
In this role you will be responsible for customer interaction (and happiness!)
from the contract is signed, through the delivery of the boat and onward once
arrived at its new home.
The Service and Delivery Manager will be part of the Sales & Marketing team and will be the link between Sales and Production to verify that we can deliver according to customers’ wishes and specifications, that the customer experience of our delivery is top notch and that onward interaction in all type of errands is smooth, professional and of high quality.
With higher pace in sales, the need of service and customer interaction with our boat owners around Sweden, Europe and the rest of the world is increasing. The Service and Delivery Manager will be responsible for setting structures and processes to meet the agreed service levels. This includes to build up a service organization within Candela in Sweden, as well as together with our ambassadors’ and resellers around the world.
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
- Experience from establishing a service organization including structures and processes for service delivery
- Experience from customer interaction intense work
- Experience from hands-on work with service and maintenance of boats, cars or equal

This role is based at our Gåsaga facility, and will include a fair amount of travel to our customers and their Candelas spread across Sweden, Europe and the world.
